| Service Rates |
One hour minimum charge applies for all services, except phone technical support (15 minutes minimum). Additional charges are computed on 15-minute increments.
Travel Charge applies only for service calls outside of main Alamosa and for Non-Warranty service calls. We try to schedule as many appointments as possible when we are in a specific area and we divide the travel charge among those clients.
